Order Processing: All orders are meticulously handled and processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): A flat fee of $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available for all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Currently, we do not ship to parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, boxes, and documents included.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Important Notice on Non-Returnable Items:
To uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene for all our customers, the following personalized and intimate items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Diamond Eternity Bands
  • Diamond Wedding Bands
  • Diamond Earrings

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and elegant experience:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. Use the template provided below for clarity.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our dedicated customer service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not ship your item back without this number.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
  4. Ship the Package: Mail the package to the address provided in your instructions. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For approved exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account:
    • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: 5-10 business days after processing.
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will happily offer a refund or suggest an alternative stunning piece from our collection. The exchange will be processed promptly once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item.
