Return & Exchange Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Please Note: Due to the personalized nature and hygiene reasons of certain products, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
  • Diamond Eternity Bands
  • Diamond Wedding Bands
  • Diamond Earrings
These items are exempt from returns to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for all our customers.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not ship the item without this number.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all certificates, boxes, and documents. Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.
  4. Ship the Item: Mail the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative product. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
